Rules and Regulations:

  1. Three people are allowed per team.
  2. Smartphone and calculator usage are prohibited.
  3. Marks will be provided transparently and fairly.
  4. Teams may hold a limited amount of time to respond; after this time, the opportunity will be transferred to another team.
  5. Judges decisions are final

PAPER PRESENTATION

Rules and Regulations:

  1. Maximum number of participants in a team should be 3
  2. The participants can choose any one of the themes
  3. The team will be given 07 minutes for presentation (5 mins for presentation and 2 mins for queries)
  4. The participants must submit the soft copy of their presentation through mail id 3 days before the symposium
  5. The ppt should contains total of 8-10 slides of the following details
  6. a. Title
    b. Team member names
    c. College names
    d. Department & year
  7. The participants should contain ppt and pdf formats of their presentation
  8. The decision of the jury will be final and no arguments
  9. Kindly be present on time for the event

PROJECT-EXPO

Rules and Regulations:

  1. Teams may consist of maximum 2 members, both are from same or inter departments.
  2. Projects should align with the theme and must be original and created by the participants.
  3. Each team will have 10 minutes to present. During the presentation, team members must explain the working principle, all the techniques aspects, parts/components used and highlight the uniqueness of the project.
  4. If the product is patented or applied for patent proof, it must be shown to the judges, which will earn an additional weightage for the project.
  5. The juries evaluate project based on the originality, creativity, technical merit, implementation, clarity of presentation and relevance to the theme.
  6. The decision of the judges will be final, no further disputes will be entertained after the results are declared.
